Community Supports provides individuals
with developmental disabilities and their families
a range of recreational opportunities and support services.
The majority of individuals participating in these
services live at home with their families or alone
in an apartment-like setting.

Family Services
The program provides transition planning services for students 14-22 years old, graduating special education or "turning 22", and for older adults with developmental disabilities. Services include:
