Residential Supports provides a wide variety of housing options, including apartments, condos, and single family housing for adults with developmental disabilities. The department manages community homes and supports individuals in apartments and condominiums. Residential Supports provides direct services and emergency coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services include:

• Providing instruction and support
• Monitoring medical/dental needs
• Monitoring finances when needed
• Providing advocacy services for individuals and families
