A casual 2 mile walk suitable for the whole family around scenic Webb Park

 

 

Money raised will be donated to help needy residents of Weymouth through the

Food Pantry and the clients of South Shore ARC

About the Food Pantry

The pantry serves the needs  of scores of clients each month in the city of Weymouth.  The need is year round and the pantry is there when a mother or senior or other individual needs some food to tide them over through a tough time. No one should go hungry.

Hours are Tuesday & Thursday

9:00am to 11:30am  and the last

Thursday of each month 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Food contributions are always appreciated

About South Shore ARC

The ARC of the South Shore is guided by a mission to provide the highest quality services and advocacy for children and adults with mental retardation, and cognitive, physical and developmental disabilities. The Arc of the South Shore is a family oriented, community based non profit agency, which believes that all individuals have the right to participate fully in their community.

The Arc of the South Shore also undertakes a broad range of legislative advocacy, information and referral, parent networking, community education, consultation and outreach activities. These activities are designed to increase public awareness of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities and the availability and quality of resources to serve them. The Arc of the South Shore has been providing services since 1951 .
