Ways to Support The Arc of the South Shore

Private philanthropy is the foundation of every nonprofit organization, including The Arc of the South Shore, we are a community based organization that relies on the generosity of local businesses, organizations, foundations and individuals to make the difference for all of those we serve. All gifts may be restricted to a particular department or left unrestricted to help the area of greatest need within the organization.

The following are simple ways that our friends and families can support the Arc no matter what your economic situation might be

Volunteer with the Arc's Gillette Stadium Concessions Team

A group of Arc volunteers, led by a parent of an Arc consumer, Linda Sera, work hard and have a great time operating a concession stand at Gillette Stadium during Patriots games, Concerts, and other events. The team earns a commission from food sales, which goes directly to support the Arc!

Support the Arc every time you use your Shaw's Rewards Card

Here is an easy way to support the important programs of the Arc of the South Shore by doing something that you normally do anyway! The Shaw's Community Rewards Program

Attention e-bay sellers!!!

The Arc of the South Shore is a MissionFish certified charity. E-Bay retailers can support the Arc through the cause marketing platform called Missionfish. The combination of MissionFish technology and nonprofit expertise, plus eBay's active global community, forms the eBay Giving Works program. It allows sellers to give proceeds from their sales to a favorite nonprofit, and helps nonprofits raise funds by selling on eBay too. Nonprofits can also receive donations from eBay users through the Donate Now feature, which lets anyone with a PayPal account donate to nonprofits right away –without buying or selling anything.

Recycle Toner Cartridges and Cell Phones

Support the Arc with your empty toner cartidges and old cell phones!

Supporters can help make an impact at the Arc without impacting their wallet by participating in the FundingFactory Recycling Program. Simply collect empty laser and inkjet cartridges and used cell phones from the community and send them to the Arc so that we can turn them into cash.

Used Car Donation

Donate your used car, van, truck, boat with a trailer, or recreational vehicle seven days a week, 24 hours a day. It’s as easy as filling out our online donation form.
